October 2008

Soarant invited to speak to audience of local real estate developers interested in developing better quality services & infrastructure for their region.  The host of the event was a large telecommunication service provider interested in partnering with Soarant.

September 2008

Soarant offers 1st private placement memorandum and files with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in several states.

Soarant engages Stuart Sorkin & Rob Jackson of General Counsel, PC in McLean, Virginia to become the lead corporate attorney and lead regulatory attorney for the growth of the company.  Both gentlemen serve on the Advisory Board to Soarant.

August 2008

Soarant forges partnership with Maverick, LLC of Florida.  Maverick is a leading manufacturer of computers and software solutions for the small & medium enterprise marketplace.  Soarant expects to use Maverick products in its operations and to offer the same to residents and businesses in the communities it serves.

TelSystems, a consulting organization that specializes in physical network infrastructure, develops partnership with Soarant to assist in the construction of customer communities for Soarant.
